Precision Filtration
The ARAI's master-crafted manufacturing process prodeces a triangular wire filter element which ensures perfect particulate size classification for filtration applications. With the entire structure manufactured from stainless steel, the filter gap is never compromised and consistent particulate filtration is guaranteed.


High Performance
The structural integrity of the filter element allows operation in applications of extreme pressures and temperatures. The filter can successfully perform separation applications that previously have only been accomplishd with expensive high speed centrifuges and separators. Continuous filtration of high viscosity liquids is easily accomplished with the filter element.


Classification and Sizing

Unlike other filters, our elements allow clogging free, easy passage of particles smaller than the specified gap size. This feature makes it possible to use these filters in classification and sizing applications far more efficiently than other available approaches.


Two Methods of Cleaning
Both W-CELL and M-CELL filters may be kept be free from clossing by either low pressure back washing or via our unique automated scraper system, depending upon your application.


Recovery / Ease of Cleaning
Suspended solids accumulate on the flat surface of the triangular wires which allows easy recovery of valuable solids and/or easy cleaning. The filters are constructed of either stainless steel or hastelloy and may be used in sanitary application.


Low cost
The greatest feature of our filter is clog free, continuous operation. Thus, down time is low and filters virtually never need replacing.
