Example of use of W-CELL Filter
Case 01: Controlling particle size distribution of white pigment
Coarse particles, lumps and foreign objects of the white pigment in the slurry are removed to control the particle size distribution.
The slurry is supplied to W-CELL Filter by using a feed pump.
Replacement of the filter element is not required during operation as the W-CELL keeps continuous and stable filter performance.

The filtered solid accumulated in the housing is periodically drained out.
Case 02: Removing contaminants from Nigorizake(unrefined sake)
Remove the contaminants derived from material and foreign objects. At the same time, control the particle size distribution of the product.
